About Us

Prime Contracting Co was established to fill a need in the community that has resulted in a shortage of qualified builders with so many large projects going up. We do not strive to be the biggest, only to be one of the best! Founder, Deborah D Phillips first obtained a Nevada Contractors License in 1983 as a subcontractor. She has been working in the construction industry for the past 30 years. Son, and Cofounder, Billy started as an Ironworker Local 416, right out of high school and moved into General Contracting after retiring from reinforcing steel. They have put into place a team that is valued from estimating to project management. Together they have over 50 years' experience. From Ground Up, Tenant Improvement, Restaurants, Surgery Centers, and Offices, we welcome the opportunity to serve each of our clients with respect. We deeply believe in our core values of honesty, respect and integrity. These are not simply words; we practice them in all we do each day.
